Cheesecake Brownies with Caramel Waffle Cone Topping

Ingredients:
1 package of your favorite brownie mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 waffle cones, crushed
1 jar caramel sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to the directions on the package. Spread into prepared baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.
  5. Immediately top with crushed waffle cones, slightly pressing them into cheesecake layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel topping evenly over the top.
  7. Cool and enjoy!
