Spinach & Mushroom Alfredo ~ Adapted for Weight Watchers Points Plus Program
Here is a very “simple” recipe adapted from an all time classic recipe for those following a portion control diet/Weight Watchers Points Plus program. I love mushrooms and spinach, so this is an all time favorite of mine.
6 servings/6 points plus
Ingredients:
- 6-Cups Cooked Linguini Pasta
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 6 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Bag Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup Bertolli Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Directions:
Saute garlic & mushrooms in a large sprayed skillet (3-minutes.) Add spinach & saute 3 minutes more. Stir in Alfredo sauce & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes more. Divide mixture into 6-servings and serve each over 1 cup of pasta!
ENJOY!!

how about a recipe that doesn’t call for the use of packaged sauces but where you make it all from scratch? it’s really not that hard, and it’s way healthier than preservative-laden industrial packaged crap.
looks delicious! am going to try this …
I would like know how you figured the points for this recipe. When put into the Weight Watchers recipe builder, the points plus is way higher. Over 20 points plus per serving.
This is a new favorite go-to recipe. I’ve pinned it! Thanks for posting.
