This is my “Short List” for Walgreens

Everything on my short list will cost you $1.00 or under by using coupons, and by earning register rewards.
This list is great for beginners that want “simple” transactions!

Note: Walgreen’s Policy is you need to have the same amount of coupons as items. (except in-ad coupons such as the “Dawn Liquid” on the last page.) This means: If you are using Register rewards & a manufacturer’s coupon” on one item the register will beep. You need to use a filler. Buy something small or a sale item you don’t have a coupon for so that the coupons equal the items bought.

This is what I do:
When I am done shopping, I count up all my items. I add up the register rewards and manufacturer’s coupons and make sure my coupon don’t exceed the amount of items I have.
If you forget this, it can be very frustrating.
