My friend Carol made this for me right before I went on vacation and I loved it!! It was so yummy!! This is a very frugal recipe both in time and in money!! Once again, with a little planning you can avoid those last minute decision to stop and get fast food!! *This is still cheaper than fast food and a whole lot better for you!!

Sloppy Joes
(12 servings)
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery (more if desired)
2 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbs. white vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
12 hamburger buns
1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat until evenly browned. Add celery and cook until tender. Drain.
2. Put all other ingredients in a crock pot. Cook until heated through, (approx. 4 hours) stirring occasionally.
3. Serve on hamburger buns.
